I had a great time making this Pop-Up Box Card!
Here is a list of the Cricut shapes & measurements that I used:
-page 21 Circle 1 cut at 1 1/4" & 1 1/2"
-page 41 Circle 3 cut at 1 1/2" & 1 3/4"
-page 71 Icon+Shift cut at 3/4" at Real Dial Size
-page 50 Accent 4 cut at 1"
