Wednesday was Leadership Day for Managers & above to get more formal business training. We had a fabulous Direct Sales speaker, Dana Wilde, who had us "train our brains" to think positively & create mantras to focus on what we want out of our businesses. We also had a "round table" discussion with our peers which was great to get creative ideas from others on how they work their business successfully. We heard corporate announcements on changes to Studio J, which is super exciting!

Wednesday evening, my upline Naomi, treated us to a great dinner, then she & her upline, Karen, hosted a HUGE Team Party with a Texas 'old country fair' theme! I was a helper, passing out gazette newsletter showcasing our team's accomplishments. There were fun games like, panning for gold, ball toss, blackjack, an art contest, dress up/costume table with photo op, tickets & crazy cool prizes! Everyone had to watch out for the deputy & sheriff that were "arresting" people for crimes such as wearing a feather boa, brandishing a "weapon", not having a business card,etc. If caught, they were throw in "jail" & had to be bailed out by someone paying 2 tickets. All of us helpers got a cowboy hat & super fun mustache! I totally stepped into character, hamming it up & even fooling some people to think I was actually from Texas! Over 300+ people attended- a great time was had by all!
