Hugs & Kisses Center Step Card
Here's a fun card we made in Stamp Club. We used La Vie En Rose paper with Black & Cranberry inks. All shapes I cut are from the CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge. Keep reading for the measurements.

Scallop Oval: page 52 Decorative Layer cut 3"
Lace Border: page 62 cut 1"
Hearts: page 69 cut 3/4", 1" & 1 1/2", layer cut 1 1/2"
